Tammi Anne Barker is an emerging Vancouver designer, whose clothing is proudly made in Canada.
She loves the journey of building, of watching a design evolve as a garment goes from concept sketch to pattern to muslin to runway. She is a master tailor, trained in production sewing at Kwantlen Polytechnic and in couture at Helen Lefeaux School of Fashion Design. She works primarily in natural fibers, and has a love of collaboration with other artists and designers. She respects craftsmanship and attention to detail. She celebrates time-honoured techniques and incorporates them into beautiful, wearable pieces.
