D’ezir

Desiree Riley an enthused prodigy from birth, seem to be destined for the fashion industry. Her love for fashion started at a very early age and became stronger as she grew older and decided to take fashion design seriously. She used her knowledge of textiles and often went to thrift stores for used clothes to take apart to create her own patterns and learn how to construct a garment. It was in 2015 when she decided to take her design idea to the next level by creating her own line D’ezir, which is a French derivative of desire. Her line reflects her style, which can be very eclectic; it’s all about self-expression. D’ezir has landed the young designer amazing opportunities as a designer, stylist and model. She has had the privileged to travel for fashion shows abroad as well as numerous fashion shows on her island home, Bermuda. The styling and seamstress side of D’ezir has also opened up opportunities in the international fashion world as being the seamstress for Brides Magazine and Lilly Pulitzer to name a few.
In 2018 D’ezir officially partnered with designer Joshua Davis. With his keen eye for designs, artistic illustrations, and outstanding creative direction ability he has essentially empowered the brand. The duo work immensely hard as they strive to make D’ezir an established fashion house, for not only designers, but all those involved in the fashion industry. “Fashion keeps our minds engaged. Seeing our clothing on the runway gives us a great adrenaline feeling but also a humbling experience. We love fashion and we’re eager to see how far it will take us”.
