Born and Raised in North Vancouver, BC, CLDBOY studied fashion design at Blanche Macdonald Centre in Vancouver. They launched their edgy streetwear brand CLDCMNTY (“Cold Community”) during summer of 2025. Shortly After CLDBOY was awarded with the VFW award by Blanche Macdonald to debut a collection–LMFAO– at Vancouver Fashion Week f/w ‘26.

What inspired you to become a fashion designer?
CLDBOY’s journey into fashion started with a love for fashion, styling, and an appreciation for couture at a young age. Rather than one specific moment, their journey into design grew from years of getting dressed every day and developing their passion for fashion.
How would you describe your design style?
CLDCMNTY is an edgy streetwear brand that moves beyond traditional menswear and womenswear categories. CLDBOY fuses the two to create alternative wear designed for people across different identities.
What can people expect from your latest collection?
You can expect 12 looks featuring upcycled and natural fabrics with a variety of textures. The collection continues to showcase CLDCMNTY’s edgy, feisty, and boundary-pushing approach.
What inspired the 12;10 collection?
12;10 explores divine transition into new beginnings. Based on the study of Numerology, Cosmology, and Zodiac, each look is developed around the characteristics associated with these concepts.
What does “community” mean to CLDCMNTY?
For CLDBOY, “community” means moving beyond traditional menswear and womenswear categories and creating alternative wear for everyone. CLDCMNTY is designed for women, men, non-binary people, trans women, trans men, and everyone in between.
